– Site Supervisor
Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 years in Facility Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department officials for daily site operations and requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and other facility management activities.
- Manage site staff attendance, duty allocation, and discipline.
- Ensure proper service delivery and compliance with departmental requirements.
- Maintain daily reports and escalate operational issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure smooth coordination between department officials, company management, and site staff.
- Local candidate will be preffered.
- Immediate joiner will be preffered.
Eligibility: Graduate with relevant Facility Management experience, valuable communication skills, and basic reporting knowledge.
