Role Description The Site in Charge will oversee day-to-day site operations for interior and turnkey projects at Studio Red Interiors’ locations in Bhubaneswar. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure plans are executed accurately and on schedule, monitoring quality of workmanship and materials, and reporting progress to project managers and clients. The role involves supervising site teams, managing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.





The Site in Charge will handle in office issue resolution, support client walk-throughs, and ensure final deliveries and installations align with design intent and project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and support a positive on-site experience.
- Candidates should possess Research skills for understanding materials, methods, and local regulations relevant to project execution.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan site activities, track progress, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide, mentor, and supervise on-site teams and ensure process adherence.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of basic construction practices, quality control, safety standards, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project schedules; familiarity with MS Office or project-tracking tools.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work flexible hours as per project needs.
