Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, monitor project progress, and ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check construction quality, materials, and workmanship.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other construction works.




- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction standards.
- Verify measurements and assist with quantity calculations and billing.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and complete tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in apartment or high-rise residential projects.
- Knowledge of RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities at the construction site.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Salary Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
