M Square Homes is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise ongoing construction work at our One Meridian villa project in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, construction quality, labour coordination, material management, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor masonry, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other construction and finishing works.
- Inspect workmanship, construction materials, measurements, levels, and alignment to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, masons, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily labour attendance, productivity, and work progress.
- Estimate material requirements, coordinate procurement, and minimise material wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, material records, and progress photographs.
- Verify completed work and contractor measurements before recommending payments.
- Identify construction defects, resolve site-level issues, and report delays or technical concerns.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness,



and storage of construction materials.
- Coordinate with project management, architects, and structural consultants when required.

Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential or villa construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and technical drawings.
- Experience in labour supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.
- Ability to prepare material estimates, check measurements, and maintain site records.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work full time at the project site in Kochi.
