StruQta – Real Estate & Construction is looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to supervise building construction projects, maintain quality standards, coordinate site activities, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily building construction activities.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and site safety.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Verify site measurements, quantity estimations, and material requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure construction work meets project schedules and quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in building construction.
- Practical knowledge of site supervision, construction drawings, and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
- Good communication, coordination,



and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Language Skills

- Tamil: Fluent
- English: Good communication skills
- Hindi: Good communication skills
