Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Vanya Concrete Technologies is seeking a dedicated and technically competent Civil Engineer for immediate joining. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing civil and waterproofing projects, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Candidates with prior knowledge or hands-on experience in waterproofing systems and construction chemicals will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute waterproofing and civil works at project sites.
- Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and application of waterproofing systems as per approved technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and project progress.
- Maintain daily site reports, work measurements, material consumption records, and progress updates.
- Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety practices, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic understanding of civil construction and site execution.
- Valuable site management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and work orders.




- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and work within project timelines.

Preferred Skills – Waterproofing Candidates with knowledge or experience in waterproofing will be given additional preference.

Relevant experience may include

- Terrace and roof waterproofing.
- Toilet and wet-area waterproofing.
- Basement, retaining wall, and raft waterproofing.
- Water tank and other water-retaining structure waterproofing.
- Application of liquid-applied membranes, cementitious coatings, PU coatings, and other waterproofing systems.
- Knowledge of construction chemicals, surface preparation, crack treatment, and leakage rectification.

Candidates with practical site experience in waterproofing execution and troubleshooting will have an added advantage.

Experience

Candidates with relevant civil site execution experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in waterproofing projects will be an advantage.
