We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision. The candidate will be responsible for supervising local construction sites, monitoring daily work progress, coordinating with Site Engineers and workers, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the planned schedule.
The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of civil engineering, practical site management experience, and the ability to independently handle local site works while coordinating with management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Experience independently managing construction sites and coordinating with workers and contractors.
- Ability to monitor work quality, project progress, and material requirements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Willingness to travel to local project sites regularly.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, road works or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
