Roles and Responsibilities -

- Supervise shuttering operations during construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

- Conduct quality control checks on shuttering materials, ensuring they meet required specifications.

- Plan and coordinate shuttering activities to minimize delays and optimize resource utilization.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to shuttering installation, removal, or modification.

- Ensure accurate documentation of all shuttering-related activities, including records of materials used and labor hours worked.

Desired Candidate Profile -

- 10-12 years of experience in building construction, preferably in high rise buildings or Mivan shuttering.

- Solid knowledge of shuttering systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements from technical drawings.
