Position: Sales Executive – 4-Wheelers

Job Summary To drive vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Toyota vehicle features, conducting test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate recent sales leads through walk-ins, cold calling, referrals, and field visits.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota models.

· Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and insurance.

· Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers.

· Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.

· Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.

· Maintain customer records, lead details, and sales reports in the CRM system.

· Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain customer satisfaction.





· Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

· Stay updated on Toyota products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria

· Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.

· Experience: 2 years in automobile sales preferred

· Skills: Good communication, negotiation, customer handling, and sales skills.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

· Valid driving licence preferred.

· Monthly vehicle sales target achievement.

· Lead conversion ratio.

· Test drives conducted and converted.

· Customer satisfaction and feedback.

· Follow-up effectiveness and lead management.

· Customer referrals and repeat business.

Preferred Candidate Profile A customer-focused, target-oriented individual with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for automobile sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
