We are looking for a responsible person to manage daily showroom operations and overall maintenance. The candidate should ensure the showroom is clean, organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom activities and staff coordination.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and organization.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs, servicing, and housekeeping activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper maintenance of facilities.
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure all showroom equipment, furniture, and facilities are in good condition.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good management and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance.
- Responsible, organized, and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
