Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations, and billing documentation.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
- Support project planning and timely execution of works.

Qualifications




- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior site experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to learn and work actively at construction sites.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in practical site engineering are encouraged to apply.
