Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts to meet production targets.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Address and resolve any production issues that may arise during the shift.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by adhering to safety protocols and encouraging team compliance.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and improve productivity.
- Prepare shift reports detailing production performance, issues encountered, and action taken.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
