Job Title: Shift Incharge

The Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing operations during a specific shift in a manufacturing or production environment. This role requires ensuring that all production activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Shift

Incharge will lead a team of operators and workers, facilitating communication between staff and management, and addressing any issues that arise during the shift. This position also involves monitoring production performance metrics, managing inventory levels, and conducting quality control checks to maintain product standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers during the shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review production reports, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on safety protocols, operation procedures, and equipment handling.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
