- Responsible Shift operations for the handing over taking over, Operation Maintenance in shift operations for complete Electrical Infra Structure covering System like MRSS, DG set, Electrical Sub Station, Street Light etc systems and with knowledge of OM of ELV systems (BMS / SCADA / FDAS / IOT systems) during and after commissioning along with the required system network with Airside and Landside System including coordinate with the terminal team, contractors and other stake holders (internal external) for smooth OM it associated system to ensure system availability as per the defined SLA and KPI.

- The responsibility includes compliance of Operation Maintenance Regime, SOPs, records, PPM/CBM strategies, Performance based agreements, Vendor Management, compliance and certification are fully complied to achieve quality, safety and environmental requirements in line with the company goals of achieving Net Zero and Digitalised Airport operations to achieve quality, safety and sustainability standards.

- Ensure timely availability of all the permits and approvals that may be required for the OM.

- Anticipate the risks and propose mitigation measures for smooth OM.

Key Responsibilities

Operation and Maintenance Management

- Hands On Experience in Operation Maintenance of the Electrical systems and ELV Systems across the breadth and length of the Airport.

- Plan, organize and execute activities concerned with OM of Electrical system including MRSS, DG set, Electrical Sub Station, Street Light etc systems and OM of ELV systems (BMS / SCADA / FDAS / IOT systems etc.)

- Compliance to policies and programs to achieve objectives and coordinate utility activities between departments to maintain operating efficiency

- Initiate and conduct studies to forecast future electrical needs, including facility and capital expenditures and use studies to support recommendations to the Electrical Specialist and ELV Specialist.

- Compliance to Vendor Management policies, to prioritize and delegate duties and workflow effectively, identify and secure necessary resources,



to ensure utility services/operations are conducted in a skilled, effective and efficient manner.

- Ensure compliance to Airport Guidelines, Green building Certification guidelines and always aim towards companys goal to be a Net Zero Airport in all respects.

- Tracking Energy performance at sublevels and assist in innovating and implementing energy saving practices across airports.

Compliance Management

- Monitor contractors compliances to all related statutory regulations.

- Adhere and ensure compliance of departmental work flow and process.

- Ensure Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Regulatory Compliances,

Handover Contract Closure

- Facilitate handing over EPC/ Project works.

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronic Electrical engineering

- Specialization in the field of Electrical will be preferred.

- Airport Experience will be added advantage.

- Additional Certification in relevant courses.

Relevant Experience

- 10 years experience for Diploma, 7 years for bachelors degree holder over all experience in Utility Operation Maintenance of any Large Project.

- 6 years minimum in electrical systems with knowledge of ELV systems. (including DG set, power transformer, preferably)

- Hands on experience in OM, installation, testing and commissioning.

- Airport projects would be an advantage.

- Must have handled Shift Operations for OM of Electrical system of a large project.

- Have experience of Managing and handling Electrical Infrastructure through a centralised Command Centre.

Knowledge

- Excellent Knowledge on Electrical Operation and Maintenance.

- Good knowledge in modern OM process and methodology of systems.





- Good understanding of relevant codes, standards and material specifications.

- Expert in SOP, HOTO, LOCK out , Tag Out, PPM schedule etc.

- Knowledge on green building norms, ISO OSHAS, 5S, Kaizen standards

- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, PHE, ELV, BMS and related systems.
