Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions. The role involves platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, upgrades, and performance optimization across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Knowledge Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Support platform upgrades, skipped changes review, and testing activities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Monitor platform health, performance, security, and compliance.




- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills
- Robust ServiceNow Administration & Development experience.
- Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS Certifications.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
