Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap for the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
- Lead solution design for complex initiatives spanning ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Design and develop advanced platform solutions, workflows, custom applications, and enterprise integrations.
- Establish development standards, architectural governance, security practices, and maintainability guidelines.
- Review solution designs and code, lead upgrade and implementation programs, and provide technical direction to development teams.

Skills Required:

- 10 - 17 years of overall experience,



including substantial enterprise ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Solution Architect designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, resolving complex production issues, and mentoring ServiceNow developers.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience.
