Job Summary
You ll own release quality before go-live, designing test plans, building ServiceNow ATF automation, and running regression and UAT across multiple ServiceNow workstreams. Infrastructure/network knowledge is a plus for squads working on ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping).
Responsibilities
- Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
- Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
- Coordinate regression testing and UAT
- Triage and manage defects through to resolution
- Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign-off
- Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives
