02 - SERVICE ENGINEER

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support of industrial robots and automation systems, primarily for plastic injection moulding applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install and commission 3-axis and 5-axis servo robots for injection moulding machines, including setup, programming, teaching, and parameter optimization according to customer applications.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, servo, sensor, pneumatic, and control-system related problems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Travel frequently to customer locations.
- Ability to independently handle installation and breakdown calls.




- Good customer communication and technical explanation skills.
- Versatile to provide service support when required.

03 - DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to develop mechanical designs for industrial robots, automation systems, End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT), fixtures, conveyors, safety structures, and customized automation solutions for injection moulding applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

01. Design and develop SGA Products and customized automation systems.

02. Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, 2D manufacturing drawings.

03. Select suitable pneumatic cylinders, grippers, vacuum cups, sensors, valves, linear guides, and other mechanical components.

04. Ensure designs are optimized for strength, reliability, minimum weight, ease of manufacturing, maintenance, and cost effectiveness.

05. Review customer component drawings and mould layouts to determine suitable robot and EOAT configurations.

06. Modify and improve existing designs based on site feedback and application requirements.

07. Maintain proper revision control and documentation for all engineering drawings and design changes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹1,320,000.00 per month
