InjEx offers advanced Plastic Recycling Machines for Post Industrial and Post Consumer plastics waste.

Job Summary: The position focuses After Sales support for Plastic Recycling Machines. It includes:-

- Installation and commissioning of the Recycling Machines
- Resolving machine and process issues after commissioning of the machine. This requires communications within team, parent companies outside India and customers
- Serving customer and other stake holders professionally & timely for inquiries, queries, follow ups, orders, status, services, payment & logistics
- Processing orders internally using CRM/ERP/other prescribed system. Preparing / Managing data, reports, records for inquiries, services, sales of spares, payments & logistics
- Making required follow up phone calls, emails, other digital media actions for executing after sales supporting activities

Main Responsibilities:-





- Installation and commissioning of the Plastic Recycling Machines. It includes mechanical installations, wiring, and start-up of the machine
- Travelling at customer site across India for after sales support
- Travelling at principles outside India for trials along with customers / team members
- Communications with customers, principles & internal team members for inquiries, queries, technical questions, spare parts orders, payments, logistics etc
- Process spare parts orders from customers utilizing the CRM/ERP/Other prescribed systems
- Follow up with required stake holders for inquiries, spare parts orders, status, payment, logistic etc
- Manage inventory and shipments of product to customer
- Preparing reports, data & power point presentations as per guidance
- Supporting Sales team members as and when required through emails, phone calls & visit
- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:-

- Degree/Diploma in a Mechanical or Electrical or Plastic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as service engineer for Plastic Extrusion Machines including ability to install machine, complete the wiring, dry starts up and running the machine with polymer
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical drawings
- Valuable command of both spoken and written English
- Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
