Our services include installation and maintenance of CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, video door phones, biometric attendance systems and electromagnetic locks.

Role Description

We are seeking an organised, proactive Service Coordinator to manage client communication, engineer scheduling and daily service operations.

This office-based role coordinates jobs from site readiness and engineer deployment through documented completion and handover to accounts for invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Confirm client site readiness, access permissions and visit timings before engineer deployment.
- Prepare daily engineer rosters and coordinate installation, service and maintenance visits with the technical team.
- Create and assign job cards in our ERP with transparent scope, customer details and site instructions.
- Coordinate material and tool availability with stores and the technical team before scheduled visits.
- Track job progress, pending work and repeat visits; escalate delays promptly.
- Handle client complaints,



provide timely updates and coordinate resolution.
- Collect completed job cards, service reports, photographs and customer acknowledgement.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation after job completion.
- Schedule AMC and preventive maintenance visits.
- Maintain accurate ERP records and daily reports on completed, pending and overdue jobs.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in service coordination, after-sales support or field-service operations.
- Experience scheduling field engineers or technicians and following jobs through to completion.
- Strong Hindi communication and good English for client emails and written updates.
- Working knowledge of Excel, email and ERP/CRM software.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, complaint handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and take ownership of pending work.

Experience in electronic security, fire alarms, access control, IT hardware, networking, HVAC or similar technical service businesses is preferred.

Hands-on installation expertise is not required. Technical diagnosis and installation quality remain the responsibility of the technical team.
