SEO Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp SEO specialist who learns fast, works smart with AI, and takes ownership of results.
We care more about how quickly you pick things up than how long you’ve been doing this. If you’ve spent a year in SEO and already work faster and better than people with three, we want to hear from you.
At Digiholic, SEO covers the full picture of search: Google rankings, AI Overviews, and how brands show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. You’ll work across B2B and B2C clients in India, the US and other markets, with direct mentoring from founders who have built SEO results for over two decades.
What You’ll Own
- SEO performance for your client accounts: rankings, traffic, AI visibility and leads, with KPIs that are yours to hit
- Keyword and intent research that focuses on what drives business, not just volume
- On-page and technical SEO: audits, fixes, schema, internal linking, and working with our developer on anything beyond your reach
- Content direction with the writing team: briefs, topic clusters and refresh plans
- Monthly reports that explain what moved, why, and what you’re doing next
- Using AI tools to work faster, and checking their output so speed never costs accuracy
- Blog uploads and basic website upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years in SEO, or less if your work speaks for itself
- Results you can point to, with a clear account of what you personally did
- Comfort with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and a crawler like Screaming Frog
- Real, daily use of AI tools in your SEO workflow, not just for writing
- Clear communication: you speak up, ask questions, and flag problems early
- The confidence to own a number and explain it when it goes up or down
Bonus Points If You
- Have built your own prompts, workflows or automations for SEO tasks
- Have tested ways to get a brand cited in AI search results
