Role Overview

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You own the master delivery map for the CTO Office. Every commitment made by the CTO -- to the executive team, to peer teams, to Sales -- is tracked, managed, and delivered through you. You must have shipped AI products in production because you need to understand what a model release means, why an architecture sign-off cannot be rushed, and how to distinguish a real blocker from noise. This is not project administration; it is strategic delivery ownership at the senior IC level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own and maintain the master CTO Office delivery map: all workstreams, all commitments, all dependencies.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables across all six CTO Office verticals

Map every CTO commitment explicitly to its stakeholder and deadline

- Run the weekly CTO Office delivery standup
- surface blockers and risks before they escalate
- Produce the monthly CTO delivery report for the CEO





- what shipped, what is at risk, what is coming
- Manage the dependency map between CTO Office output and implementation team schedules
- Flag blockers to the CTO with enough lead time to course correct

- Drive cross-team alignment meetings between the CTO Office and peer engineering functions

MUST HAVE

- Shipped AI or ML products to production in a TPM or programme management capacity not IT project management
- Managed cross-team delivery programmes where CTO-office-type output fed into engineering team implementation
- Produced executive-level delivery reports used for CEO or board-level decisions
- Deep understanding of AI/ML development cycles: what makes model releases different from software releases
- 8+ years in TPM or programme management with at least 3 years in AI or ML product companies

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- Experience with capital raise or investor reporting in a technical context
- Programmes level JIRA, Linear, or equivalent experience
- Hardware plus software delivery programmes experience
