Job Title: Senior Technician - Quality PRE EL

The Senior Technician - Quality PRE EL is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards through rigorous testing, inspection, and evaluation processes. This role includes executing quality assurance protocols, identifying defects, and working collaboratively with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues. The Senior Technician will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of quality documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough testing and inspections of products during various stages of production.
- Utilize quality control tools and techniques to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and measurements in accordance with quality protocols.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection plans.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians on quality assurance practices and procedures.

Skills and Tools Required

- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate and maintain various testing and inspection equipment.




- Experience with data analysis software and tools for quality reporting and metrics tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
