Microland is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for ServiceNow (SDA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives and leading the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and oversee the entire ServiceNow architecture lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet client business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and propose improvements utilizing ServiceNow capabilities.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure high levels of system performance, security, and compatibility as per industry standards.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the service offerings.

Skills and Tools Required

- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flows.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably in integration with API and web services.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- ServiceNow certified System Administrator and preferably certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
