The Senior DevOps Engineer will play an important role in driving the adoption of DevOps practices across development teams within the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with developers, testers, architects, and cloud engineers to modernize delivery processes, automate operations, and implement a DevOps mindset throughout the development lifecycle. Reporting to the Product Owner of the Cloud Team, the role requires deep expertise in CI/CD tooling, infrastructure as code, container platforms, and GitOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and delivery across development teams.

· Support developers in DevOps practices, including automated testing, build pipelines, shift-left security, and release orchestration.

· Promote and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu.

· Enable GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for declarative deployment and environment management across Kubernetes clusters.

· Support development teams in containerization and deployment of applications to Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

· Standardize and maintain shared DevOps tooling and templates to accelerate delivery and ensure best practices.

· Evangelize DevOps culture through documentation, and hands-on enablement of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science) or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure and cloud-native DevOps services.

- Technical Expertise:





- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized workloads (AKS preferred).
- Experience with ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployments and environment reconciliation.
- Familiarity with GitOps principles

- Communication and collaboration:

o Robust communication and coaching skills to drive DevOps maturity across teams.

o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

o Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
