– SENIOR STORE ASSISTANT Company: Sadbhav Renewable Limited (Sadbhav Solar) Job Title: Senior Store Assistant Department: Store & Warehouse Operations Job Location: Telibandha, Anand Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Store Assistant to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory records, material movement, and store documentation. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans (DC), and warehouse inventory management. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of material inward, outward, stock transfers, and inventory. Prepare and maintain E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans (DC), and other dispatch-related documentation. Maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and material movement records using MS Excel.

Coordinate with purchase, logistics, accounts, and project teams for material requirements and dispatches. Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery documents. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reporting of shortages or discrepancies.





Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records. Ensure proper material storage, labelling, documentation, and warehouse organisation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and inventory reports.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory , including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data management, and reporting. Good working knowledge of E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans (DC), invoices, and dispatch documentation. Previous experience in warehouse operations, store management, or inventory control.

Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and material handling procedures. Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Graduate in any discipline. Relevant experience in warehouse/store operations will be preferred.
