Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for experienced software professionals with strong capabilities in application development, backend or full stack engineering, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, system design, enterprise applications, automation, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital tools.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, React, Angular, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, testing frameworks, messaging systems, and other modern software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, backend development, full stack development, application development, platform engineering, enterprise software, or related technology roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently working as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Developer, Senior Backend Engineer, Senior Backend Developer, Senior Full Stack Engineer, Senior Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer III, Lead Software Engineer, Application Engineer, Platform Engineer, Java Software Engineer,



Python Software Engineer, Cloud Software Engineer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, clean code, design principles, debugging, error handling, modular programming, and maintainable software architecture.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be advantageous for candidates working across full stack environments.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, service design, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, transactions, query optimization, schemas, CRUD operations, data modelling, and database-performance concepts.
- Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, high-availability systems, or event-driven architectures will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, version control, release workflows, and collaborative software-development practices.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, API testing, automated testing, test coverage, and frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, PyTest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, scheduled tasks, or event-driven platforms will be advantageous.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure,



Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
- Good understanding of Linux, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, observability, production support, incident troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, API security, encryption, authentication, authorization, secrets management, and application-security practices.
- Experience with application performance optimization, database tuning, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, monitoring, and production troubleshooting will be advantageous.
- Understanding of software architecture, system design, API design, design patterns, service boundaries, technical trade-offs, and scalable application design.
- Ability to review code, identify technical issues, improve code quality, and contribute to engineering standards and development best practices.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers, support peer development, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing within engineering teams.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, system designs, APIs, workflows, and maintainable software components.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, automation, analytics, data platforms, AI/ML, generative AI, dashboards, manufacturing systems, supply-chain applications, or enterprise technology solutions will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, user stories, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, release planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical problems while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Previous experience in agro, manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, cloud platforms, architectural patterns, development tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
