Role Summary: Looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site execution, oversee quality control, and manage daily construction operations for a building project in Gandhinagar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day in office execution of construction activities for the building project in Gandhinagar.
- Ensure all construction works strictly comply with approved architectural drawings, structural designs, and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor crews to maintain project timelines and productivity.
- Monitor material consumption, manage on-site inventory, and prevent wastage.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement rigorous site safety protocols.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with project managers and consultants.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience handling residential or commercial building construction sites.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, bar bending schedules, surveying, and material testing.
- Communication: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English for smooth coordination with workers and management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
