Role Summary

We are looking for Senior Service Engineer to manage commissioning, service operations, site coordination, and issue closures for STP/WTP/ETP projects across multiple client sites.

The role requires robust technical knowledge, site handling maturity, commissioning experience, and the ability to coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and service teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in services, commissioning, O&M;, or maintenance of STP/WTP/ETP systems.
- B.Tech is mandatory; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Commissioning experience is mandatory.
- Must have handled multiple sites independently.
- Strong client coordination, issue closure, and site team management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and other sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commissioning, service, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
- Plan and coordinate site visits, manpower deployment, material requirements, and service closures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to STP/WTP/ETP systems, pumps, blowers, dosing systems, panels, valves, and related equipment.
- Ensure timely closure of engineering, service,



and client-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, purchase, stores, logistics, and internal technical teams.
- Monitor plant performance and suggest corrective actions for smooth operations.
- Maintain service reports, commissioning reports, issue trackers, and closure documentation.
- Escalate critical issues to management and ensure resolution within committed timelines.
- Ensure site activities are carried out as per safety, operational, and company SOPs.

- Mature approach toward client handling and site escalations.

Preferred Background

- Prior experience as Service Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, O&M; Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Service Lead in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
- Experience in managing AMC/O&M;/service support and commissioning closures will be preferred.
