Roles and Responsibilities:

- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, authentication, and SSO services.
- Support application onboarding, enterprise application configuration, and access integrations.
- Handle L2/L3 tickets, production incidents, escalations, and service restoration within agreed SLAs.
- Investigate authentication and access issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve recurring incidents.
- Support identity security controls, access policies, and operational activities across rotational support shifts.

Skills Required:

- 4 - 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of relevant hands-on identity and access management experience.




- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD, or AAD.
- Strong understanding of authentication, Active Directory, identity and access management operations, and SSO.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, application onboarding, authentication flows, and access policies.
- Proven L2/L3 production support experience, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, escalation handling, and root cause analysis.

Positive to Have:
- JavaScript, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and CIAM experience.

Education: Any graduate degree; any academic branch is acceptable.
