Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management, procurement processes, purchase order management, goods receipt processing, vendor master data, and three-way invoice matching. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, cross-region procurement processes, business process optimization, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP MM procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoice verification.
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring compliance with business requirements and organizational policies.
- Configure and support vendor master data, purchasing information records, source lists, and purchasing conditions.
- Implement and maintain three-way matching logic across Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and vendor invoices.
- Handle goods receipt and goods movement processes, including movement types, stock postings, reversals, and returns.
- Configure purchasing document types, number ranges, release strategies or flexible workflows, and pricing procedures.
- Support cross-region procurement configuration, including purchasing organizations, plants, company codes, and region-specific business requirements.




- Work on SAP MM integration with SAP FI/CO, including GR/IR clearing, invoice verification, account determination, and payment-related discrepancies.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to PO creation, GRN posting, invoice blocks, vendor data, and procurement workflows.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional specification preparation, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and technical consultants to deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Support UAT, regression testing, cutover activities, end-user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation, rollout, and/or support projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM procurement and inventory management.
- Expertise in Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, vendor master data, and invoice verification.
- Practical understanding of three-way matching among PO, GRN, and vendor invoice.
- Experience with SAP MM configuration and cross-region or multi-country procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with FI/CO and the GR/IR clearing process.
- Knowledge of procurement approvals, release strategies, pricing conditions, account determination, and movement types.
- Experience in incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex procurement issues.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
