We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can generate business through effective lead management, consultative selling, and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and admission conversions for aviation training programmes by engaging prospective students and parents.
- Manage and convert inbound leads through timely calls, structured follow-ups, and effective sales strategies.
- Understand customer requirements, career aspirations, and budgets to recommend suitable aviation training pathways.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and lead-conversion benchmarks.
- Conduct persuasive sales conversations, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close admissions.
- Build trust with prospects by clearly communicating programme details, training pathways, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Maintain an updated lead pipeline, track follow-ups, and record sales activities in the CRM or lead management system.
- Re-engage prospective customers and nurture leads until a final decision is made.
- Coordinate with the counselling, academic, operations, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports covering lead status, conversions, revenue,



pending follow-ups, and target achievement.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-10 years of experience in sales , education sales, or consultative selling.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close high-intent leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to convert prospective customers into paying clients.
- A proactive, confident, and result-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and work effectively in a target-driven workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
- Experience in , education, coaching, study-abroad, or professional training sales will be an added advantage.
