About The Job

Job Context: A Senior Research Scientist is responsible for leading scientific research projects, developing innovative products or technologies, and providing technical expertise to support business growth and research objectives.

Scope of Work

- Assist in formulation development of solid, liquid, or semi-solid dosage forms
- Perform lab-scale trials and record observations
- Support preparation of trial batches and stability samples
- Maintain proper documentation (lab notebooks, reports, protocols)
- Assist in analytical testing and evaluation of formulations
- Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production)

Requires Skills

- Exposure to instruments (HPLC, UV, Coating machines, GPCG etc.)
- Knowledge of coating, granulation, tablets, oral formulation, dissolution




- Basic understanding of 1. Pharmaceutical formulations, 2. Dosage forms (tablets, capsules, etc.)
- Knowledge of GLP / GMP practices
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in lab setting

Qualification: B.Pharm + M. Pharm Pharmaceutics

Work Location: Mumbai (Vasai)

Department: Research & Development (NPD)

Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years in Pharmaceutical R & D
