About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior QA / Testing Team Lead to lead the quality assurance process, manage testing activities, and ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing expertise, team management capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QA/testing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Plan, organize, and execute manual testing activities for web and mobile applications.
- Independently manage end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect reporting, and retesting.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Establish and improve QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
- Monitor testing progress, assign tasks, prioritize activities, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain product quality across multiple projects.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test case creation, documentation, defect analysis,



and overall testing productivity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize testing workflows and improve team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
- Hands-on experience testing web applications and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Proven experience leading a QA team or coordinating testing activities.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for software testing and productivity.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to automation testing concepts and tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline QA workflows and improve testing accuracy.
