We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Global Compliance product initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and strategic direction of our compliance products on a global scale. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions that address regulatory challenges and ensure our customers' compliance needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Global Compliance, aligning with the company's objectives and market demands.
- Define a transparent vision for the compliance products, considering global regulatory landscapes and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory experts to ensure successful product development and launch.




- Foster open communication and alignment among various teams to drive product excellence.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements.
- Monitor product metrics to assess the success of product initiatives and inform optimization efforts.
- Developed understanding of customer needs, challenges, and feedback related to compliance solutions.
- Incorporate user insights into the product design and development process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development of features, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving regulatory demands.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality, security, and scalability.
- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Computer Science, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Must have 5+ years in product management building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products for E- invoicing Product
- Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Deep understanding of global compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
