Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms . You’ll drive strategy, optimize performance, work with creative teams, manage large budgets, and mentor junior marketers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns.
- Track ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR & conversions .
- Manage budgets and maximize ROI.
- Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams.




- Present performance insights to clients.
- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Google & Meta Ads experience.
- Experience managing large budgets (lakhs) with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics .
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
