About the Role

CPT-11593 Senior Paid Ads & Funnel SpecialistWe are looking for a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist with proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing high-ticket sales funnels, and improving marketing performance. This role requires a self-driven skilled who can independently manage campaigns, analyze results, implement improvements, and document processes.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Build and improve high-ticket funnels using GoHighLevel.

- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.

- Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and creatives, and scale successful campaigns.

- Create and test ad copy, hooks, headlines, and short-form video concepts.

- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.

- Develop SOPs and document marketing processes in Notion.

- Collaborate through Slack and support future team growth and onboarding.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.

- Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels.

- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.

- Experience with GoHighLevel, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Notion, and Slack.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- TikTok Ads experience.





- Experience in finance, coaching, or high-ticket service industries.

- Experience mentoring or training marketing team members.

Pay Rate Range

- $5.25 - $7.25 per hour

Schedule

- 25 hours per week

- Monday to Friday

- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (5 hours/day)
