Role Description The Senior ORO Labs Engineer (Contract) will be responsible for overseeing laboratory-related activities, ensuring that lab processes, equipment usage, and data handling meet established quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimizing laboratory workflows, monitoring and calibrating laboratory equipment, conducting and validating tests, and documenting procedures and results with high accuracy.

The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in lab operations and quality control.



This is a part-time remote role, requiring the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with team members across locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data and test results.
- Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience working with Laboratory Equipment.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control expertise, including familiarity with standards, procedures, and compliance best practices.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Experience in laboratory engineering, scientific research, or related technical fields is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in engineering, laboratory science, chemistry, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time contract setting, with solid self-organization and reliability.
- Familiarity with digital documentation tools, data management systems, and basic project coordination is an advantage.
