Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Marketing Executive.

The Senior Marketing

Executive will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that position WeLaunch and its AI-driven portfolio companies in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running multi-channel campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, and defining go-to-market plans for new AI vertical systems. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams to refine value propositions,



optimize demand-generation funnels, and support revenue growth.

The Senior Marketing

Executive will also create and manage marketing content, track performance metrics, and continuously test and improve messaging and positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning and marketing strategy skills, including experience crafting go-to-market plans and campaign roadmaps.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and technology concepts into transparent, compelling messaging.
- Background in sales or revenue-oriented marketing, with experience aligning marketing initiatives to pipeline and growth targets.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS/AI-driven businesses, ideally in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics suites).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
