Own digital insurance distribution products across Life, Health and General Insurance. The candidate will drive the product roadmap for insurance journeys including quote engine, proposal journey, policy issuance, renewals and claims. Responsible for partner integrations and ensuring IRDAI compliance across all insurance distribution activities.

· Own product roadmap for digital insurance distribution
· Create Epics, Features and User Story maps to represent product backlog hierarchy
· Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and story point estimation
· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
· Document current state and future state business processes using flowcharts and process maps
· Design and optimize insurance customer journeys
· Manage quote engine and comparison workflows
· Drive proposal journey and application processes
· Ensure seamless policy issuance flow
· Manage renewals and retention journeys
· Claims journey design and optimization
· Partner integrations with insurance companies
· Ensure IRDAI compliance across all products
· Track product adoption, conversion and revenue metrics
· The candidate must have strong exposure to Insurance Distribution / Broking / Fintech domain with deep understanding of Life, Health and General Insurance products
· Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and IRDAI compliance
· Demonstrated ability to work successfully on large, cross functional projects

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- MBA/ BBA/ BCOM/ B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Mandatory)
- 8–12 years of experience in Product Management (Mandatory)
- Insurance Distribution knowledge (Mandatory)
- API Integration experience (Mandatory)
- Digital Insurance platform experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in Insurance Broker / Broking company / Fintech (Preferred)
- CSPO/ CBAP / CSM / PMP / SAFe Product Owner certification (Preferred)
