- Qualified Lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating client-provided technology contracts, including:
- IT services agreements
- Outsourcing agreements
- Software licensing agreements
- Cloud agreements
- AI-related contracts
- Framework/MSA agreements
- Experience working on customer paper/client terms rather than relying on standard company templates.
- Preferred background as In-house Counsel in a multinational organization or a reputed law firm with similar commercial contracting exposure.
- Responsible for end-to-end legal support and closure of commercial deals, partnering closely with business teams and corporate functions.
- Part of the Commercial Contracting Legal Team supporting Europe and South Africa, reporting to the Head of Legal (Europe).
- Strong ability to identify contractual risks, provide practical solutions, and balance legal risk with business objectives to enable deal closures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills with internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing IT services setting and adapting to evolving business structures.
- Exposure to civil law is desirable but not mandatory.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
