We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
