Role Description The Senior Manager Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur. This role is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations at the plant, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

The Senior

Manager will oversee performance management, learning and development initiatives, and succession planning to support organizational growth. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies,



and maintaining HR documentation and systems. The role also involves partnering with functional leaders on manpower budgeting, compensation reviews, engagement programs, and health and safety initiatives, while continuously improving HR processes and supporting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in core HR domains, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong skills in HR policy design, compliance with labor and industrial laws, and effective handling of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Experience in learning and development, including creating and delivering training programs, competency development, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in HR data management, HRIS tools, reporting, and using analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
- Ability to partner with leadership on organizational development, change management, engagement initiatives, and culture building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or automotive sector HR management, preferably in a plant or multi-location environment.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
