? We’re Hiring | Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Unaware Sensing LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We are a deep-tech startup building advanced sensing systems for Space, Robotics, Automotive ADAS, and AI-driven applications. Our work spans high-performance electronics, embedded systems, LiDAR, satellite payload electronics, and next-generation sensing platforms.

? Key Areas of Responsibility

- Circuit Design: Digital and mixed-signal circuit design, component selection, and schematic development.
- Space & Mission-Critical Electronics: Hardware development for advanced sensing systems, satellite payload electronics, and other demanding applications.
- PCB Design & Development: High-speed, multilayer PCB design, layout, routing, and design reviews.
- Board Bring-Up & Debugging: Hands-on board bring-up, fault isolation, hardware testing, and validation.
- End-to-End Hardware Ownership: Taking designs from concept and prototyping through testing, qualification, and product realisation.
- Technical Leadership: Driving hardware development activities, making independent technical decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.





? What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics hardware design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in circuit design, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB design.
- Practical experience in PCB fabrication, assembly, board bring-up, and debugging.
- Knowledge of FPGA/SoC-based hardware, high-speed interfaces, and power architecture.
- The ability to independently lead hardware development tasks and collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in space, defence, or other mission-critical electronics is an added advantage.
