Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and marketing collateral that align with client brand guidelines and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating logos, brand identities, layouts, and typography-focused designs, as well as preparing files for production and digital delivery.

and web development teams to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output across all projects. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, providing design feedback, and contributing to overall creative direction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including visual composition and layout.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and related design principles to create clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced text treatments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with digital design best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering design projects from concept to completion, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in branding, digital campaigns, and marketing design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
