Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes to support operational decision-making
- Build FP&A; models and analyses to guide budget allocation and performance improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals
- Deliver clear financial reports and variance analysis to stakeholders and leadership
- Standardize planning, reporting, and governance workflows to improve consistency and speed
- Identify operational risks and financial drivers, then recommend corrective actions
- Use F# to support data analysis, automation, or tooling that improves FP&A; operations

Requirements

- 3+ years experience in financial planning and analysis within an operations context
- Senior-level stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions
- Strong project ownership skills to drive planning cycles and reporting deliverables
- F# proficiency for analysis, automation, or data tooling support
- Advanced financial modeling skills for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Clear communication skills to explain financial insights to non-finance partners
- English proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
