The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Consultant who can deliver a personalised and elevated shopping experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who understands premium retail, has a strong eye for style and detail, and can translate product craftsmanship and design into meaningful customer interactions. The individual will play a key role in representing Gioia’s brand values and delivering a memorable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive individual sales and contribute to overall store revenue by consistently achieving defined sales targets.
- Deliver a personalised, premium shopping experience by understanding customer preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases, customer loyalty, and referrals.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the craftsmanship, materials, design, and unique features of Gioia products.
- Provide styling recommendations and product suggestions aligned with customer preferences and occasions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation,



and overall store aesthetics.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor and coordinate with the Store Manager on stock replenishment and inventory requirements.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings within the premium retail segment.
- Support daily store operations, including billing, stock handling, and adherence to retail policies and service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions and sales records, and share relevant customer insights with the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve collective sales targets and uphold Gioia’s premium brand experience.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury retail, handbags, leather goods, accessories, or lifestyle products.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, customer engagement, and personalised selling techniques.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.




- Excellent product presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate product features and craftsmanship effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Qualified grooming, a keen eye for style, and the ability to represent a premium brand with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A proactive, presentable, and service-oriented individual who takes ownership of the customer experience and sales outcomes.
