Role: Senior Executive – Supply Chain

Department: Operations

Location: Lower Oshiwara (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: Operations Manager

1. Demand & Supply Planning

- Prepare weekly/monthly supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical trends, inventory levels, and business requirements.
- Monitor SKU-wise inventory and identify potential stockout/overstock situations.
- Maintain appropriate safety stock and reorder levels.
- Highlight supply constraints and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the S&OP process with relevant supply and inventory data.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor supplier lead times and adherence to committed delivery dates.




- Maintain supplier performance trackers.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for material approvals and quality-related issues.
- Identify recurring supplier issues and escalate them appropriately.

3. Co-Manufacturing & Production Planning

- Coordinate production planning with third-party manufacturers/co-manufacturers.
- Ensure availability of RM and packaging materials before production.
- Track production schedules against planned requirements.
- Monitor production completion and finished-goods dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with QA, R&D, and manufacturing partners for new product launches.
- Maintain production and batch-wise supply trackers.
- Escalate production delays, quality deviations, and capacity constraints.

4. Inventory Management

- Monitor inventory across manufacturing locations, central warehouses, and regional warehouses.
- Track SKU-wise stock cover, ageing, slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
- Ensure inventory remains within defined min/max and safety-stock levels.
- Coordinate stock transfers between locations.
- Drive FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.

5. Warehouse 3PL Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse partners for inward, GRN, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor pending GRNs and inward TAT.
- Ensure system inventory is aligned with physical inventory.




- Track warehouse service levels and operational issues.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for B2C, B2B, marketplace, and institutional requirements.
- Escalate recurring warehouse discrepancies and service failures.

6. Logistics & Dispatch

- Coordinate daily dispatch planning with warehouse and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment movement and delivery status.
- Track dispatch and delivery TATs.
- Monitor logistics exceptions, delayed shipments, RTOs, and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with transporters/3PLs to resolve delivery issues.
- Support logistics cost tracking and optimization initiatives.

7. ERP / WMS / MIS Management

- Ensure timely and accurate updates in ERP/WMS/OMS systems.
- Maintain PO, GRN, inventory, production, and dispatch records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain MIS.

Develop dashboards covering:

- Inventory
- Stock cover
- Procurement
- Production
- Supplier performance
- OTIF
- Stockouts
- Logistics

Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management. Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supplier coordination.
- Good working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
