Experience- 7 to 15 yrs. in detail design of Electrical System related to Industrial Buildings
- Knowledge of reading project plot plans and project design specifications.
- Preparation of Electrical Design Specification.
- Experience in preparing detailed Single line diagrams and Schematic diagrams of LV Panels (Lighting Panel, Power Panel, HVAC Panel (preferred))
- Preparation of Data Sheet of Electrical Equipment’s (Transformers, LV Panels, AC UPS, Lighting fixtures, Cables etc.)
- Lighting Calculations using DIALux software.
- Preparation and checking of Lighting and Convenience Socket Layouts.
- Preparation and checking of Equipment Layout and Power & Control Cable Routing Layouts.
- Preparation and checking of Earthing and Lightning Protection System Layouts.
- Review of Vendor offers and documents related to Electrical Equipment’s i.e Transformers, LV Panels, AC UPS, Lighting fixtures, Cables etc.
- Technical Bid Evaluations to finalize the Vendors.
- Preparation of Bill of Material & Bill of Quantity, Current Estimation & Accounting.
- Co-ordination with other disciplines, Client, Vendor, Site Team etc.
- Maintain Document control index of working project and timely submission of documents and drawings as per project schedule.
- Knowledge of Autocad, BIM 360 software, Revit, Model review, Navisworks for clash check will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC Electrical System will be an added advantage.
