Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced EDI Developer with robust hands-on expertise in EDI development, EDIFACT standards, VB.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-level EDI solutions and B2B integrations while ensuring seamless data exchange between business partners and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions for business-to-business (B2B) integrations.
- Develop and support EDI transactions using EDIFACT standards and EDI mapping techniques.
- Build, enhance, and maintain applications using VB.NET.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database operations in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures, mapping issues, and integration errors.
- Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and technical stakeholders to resolve integration issues.




- Monitor EDI transaction processing and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
- Support existing applications and contribute to system enhancements and performance optimization.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in EDI development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with EDIFACT standards and EDI mapping.
- Proficiency in VB.NET development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Hands-on experience with B2B integration and EDI transaction troubleshooting.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with VB6/VB5.
- Knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI standards.
- Familiarity with EDI mapping and integration tools.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services.
